Finally…a look at the decor in the RV

0saves

I know you have been waiting patiently to see what our RV decor is, and I finally have the place cleaned up enough to take a few snapshots!

As you may remember from an earlier post, I chose a few coordinating fabrics in the raspberry and green color palette and my Mom made the chair and couch covers as well as the curtains (thanks again, Mom!). It is a great change from the standard beige curtains that came with the RV and the hunter green fabric on the couch and chair!

Enjoy!

Tim Thanks Sara! It most certainly is a little home, for sure! Congrats on getting accepted at Tulane. New Orleans is a neat city.

Claire I love what you did with the curtains. We have almost the same model (2007)and I want to replace all the faded curtains. My question is…Did you have to replace he hardwear or did you buy the plastic strip with the little knobs to slide into the existing hardwear? I cannot find the one to match the existing runners.

candy Hi Claire.

We couldn’t find replacement hardware that fit, either. However, my mom is an expert seamstress and she simply took the hardware off the curtains that came with the Trailmanor and stitched them onto the new curtains. We only used the hardware on the top of the new curtains, rather than on both top and bottom. It worked great, and certainly brightened up the place!

Best wishes in your process!
